Speak Your Truth
Speaking your truth isn’t easy. In fact, sometimes, it can be downright scary—especially when what you’re about to say might go against the ‘popular’ opinion. It might ruffle some feathers, someone’s feelings may get hurt, or it might make you feel vulnerable.

In last month’s guide, we talked about the importance of leading with your heart. In this fifth installment of our Heart Centered Planning series, we’re taking this idea to the next level as we dive into the idea of speaking your truth and expressing yourself authentically.
